The Lucky B Bison Ranch offers an 80’ x 60’ covered pavilion with a 20’ x 20’ performance stage for wedding receptions, company picnics, family reunions and BBQ’s. The pavilion is available for rent throughout the year. We offer catering and entertainment packages to enhance your event. We can also offer turnkey party planning. Let us handle all of the details for your next function!

Pricing:

Basic Pavilion Rental $ 950 for up to 100 persons. For parties in excess of 100 persons rental is $1,500. The basic rental package will include tables, chairs, portable toilets, stereo music system and a BBQ pit.

Horseshoes, washers, sack races and tug-of-war ropes are available at no additional charge upon request.

Entertainment Options Available:

Children's Games – Several children’s games are available, including a bow-&-arrow buffalo hunt, buffalo ring toss, feed the buffalo & stick-horse racing. Games are priced at $25/game for rental and setup. We can also arrange for children's jump-a-lot bounce houses and slides.

Blackjack tables - Adult gaming tables can add enjoyment to your event and give it a Vegas appeal. We can provide up to seven blackjack tables complete with cards, professional gaming chips and dealers. A Cowboy Craps table is also available for adults to try their hand at games of chance just for fun. We have also added a Texas Hold'em table. Special prizes can be offered to the players having the best luck on the tables. Each table rents for $100 for a four-hour set.

Hay rides – Take a tour of the bison herd in our John Deere hayride wagon. The wagon can accommodate 10 to 15 people. This is a great opportunity to see the bison "up close and personal!" The hayrides will be pulled by truck by one of our staff and another staff member will give a short presentation on the bison herd. This is always a crowd-pleaser for young and old alike. Pricing is $1 per person.

Live Music – Lucky B Bison can arrange live music for your event starting at $500 for a four-hour set. This is dependent upon availability of the band. Actual pricing may vary and will be quoted individually.

Karaoke – Lucky B Bison can arrange for karaoke to be set up where your guests are the stars! Priced at $250 for four hours and is dependent upon availability.

Chuckwagon cooking: Lucky B Bison now has an authentic Chuckwagon for your catering needs. Let us prepare your meal over a campfire just like on the old cattle trails. Call for pricing and availability.

Catering:

Choose from one of our 100% bison meat catering packages.

Romance On The Prairie Package: 8 oz. bison tenderloin, vegetables, rolls, iced tea, dessert. $50/person

PowWow Package: Bison stew or chili, cornbread, banana pudding, iced tea. $12/person.

Brazos Buff Burger Package: Bison burger, chips,  cookie, iced tea or soft drinks. $15.00/person.

Little Buckaroo Package: Hot dog, chips, cookie, soft drink or lemonade $ 8.00/person.

Lucky B Bison can also provide tents on site, including setup as needed.

Payment:

A deposit is required when the reservations are made. The deposit will be $200 or 10%, whichever is greater. All events must have a written rental agreement signed at the time of booking. There is a cancellation fee as outlined in the rental agreement if the event is cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled time. All payments are due three days prior to the event. This is an outdoor pavilion, so we cannot be held responsible for the weather.

Liability:

Lucky B Bison, its employees, owners, staff and volunteers will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents occurring on the premises. It is the responsibility of the renting party to obtain insurance if desired.

Security:

Lucky B Bison can arrange for security if so desired. Parties serving alcohol and parties over 100 people are encouraged to have security. Security is provided by off duty Brazos County Sheriff's Deputies.

Alcohol Policy:

Lucky B Bison will not provide alcohol, but alcohol is permitted. See security requirement above. Lucky B Bison does not allow under-age drinking and the renting party assumes all responsibility pertaining to the purchase and distribution of alcohol. Lucky B Bison encourages all patrons to drink responsibly!
