We sell yearling bulls and heifers for ranchers interested in starting or expanding a bison herd.

Landowners across the west are finding that bison are a viable alternative to cattle. Their diet is virtually identical to domestic cattle, and they're generally lower in maintenance than a cow herd.

Bison breeding stock have a longer breeding lifespan than cattle. The cows consistently calve without assistance.

A bison herd that is accustomed to human activity and has plenty of grass and space is perfectly content within a standard 5-strand barbed-wire fence. Good corral and handling facilities are a must, along with a sound veterinary health program.
